Cheer stretches ( everything for 10 secs except bridge)

1. 50 Jumping jacks

2. Down to the right, then to the left.

3. Straddle to the right, then to the left. Then middle

4. Feet together arms up.

5. Feet together grab toes.

6. Butterfly.

7. Bring butterfly up.

8. Bridge for 25 secs
